In just 7 minutes per path, they reflect, make decisions, and unlock new insights—anytime, anywhere, and for free. Each journey is designed to spark curiosity and inspire them to keep learning and growing.

Guided by mentors and supported by JA every step of the way, students discover their potential and experience what it takes to build a business. For over 100 years, this program has empowered young people around the world to shape their futures through entrepreneurship.

This program empowers underserved young women to take charge of their economic future by becoming agents of change in their communities. Through intensive, hands-on training, participants build the skills and knowledge needed to start or strengthen their own businesses. Along the way, they receive mentorship and personalized support to boost their confidence and help turn their ideas into real, sustainable ventures.
