Recommended technology platforms for comms & mkt teams

Many global technology platforms offer free plans or significant discounts for nonprofit organizations. These tools can help strengthen internal capabilities in communications, digital marketing, design, data analysis, and audience engagement.

In most cases, applying for these programs requires submitting basic documentation about the organization, such as:

  • Legal registration or nonprofit certification

  • Tax identification or registration number

  • An active official website

  • Information about the organization’s mission, programs, and impact

  • Contact information for responsible administrators or account managers

It is recommended that each country office maintain these documents organized and ready, as they are frequently requested when applying for nonprofit programs and technology grants.
