NAUFest: Where the youth of Latin America discover their purpose, empower their talent and connect with the future.
NAUFest promotes young talent in innovation, employability and leadership.
With a flexible proposal that includes creative challenges, mentoring, live broadcasts and spaces for connecting with companies; in addition to 20 on-site events in 12 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
It is supported by Johnson & Johnson, PMIEF and SAP.
NAUFest, Junior Achievement's regional proposal to empower youth in Latin America and the Caribbean, returns in its fourth edition with an ambitious goal: to reach more than 800,000 virtual educational experiences and bring together more than 20,000 young people in face-to-face events in 12 countries.
With a flexible and attractive structure, the proposal combines creative challenges, personalized mentoring, live broadcasts, interactive experiences and direct connections with companies. All of this is supported by strategic allies such as Johnson & Johnson, PMIEF and SAP.
"NAUFest inspires young people to imagine new paths and gives them the tools to travel them. It is an experience that empowers them to build a future with more and better opportunities, " says Noël Zemborain, president of Junior Achievement Americas.
A comprehensive and customizable educational experience
The program is structured around five major themes that define today's world: the future of work, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, sustainability and personal purpose. With a practical and action-oriented approach, NAUFest invites each young person to design his or her own learning journey through:
Face-to-face events: Workshops, activities and inspirational spaces in more than 10 countries across America.
Challenge "IdeaToBusiness": A challenge to present business ideas with impact.
NAULive: Live streamed regional event with keynote speakers, thematic panels and employability tools.
Matching Talent: Virtual meetings to connect with companies, explore careers and receive advice from experts.
Participants also have access to 1:1 mentoring, downloadable guides to improve their employability, digital certificates to strengthen their profile and a collection of digital cards.
"I met amazing people with the same desire to learn and undertake as I did. I realized that I am not alone in this, and that motivated me a lot, " says Santiago Lugo, a Peruvian participant in previous editions.
Alliances that drive
NAUFest is possible thanks to the commitment of organizations that are committed to youth as an engine of transformation:
Johnson & Johnson promotes STEM skills to encourage scientific and technological vocations.
PMIEF promotes project management as a key competency for life and work.
SAP, a global benchmark in innovation, brings its experience to enhance the employability and digital transformation of young people.
NAUFest is not just an event: it is a community on the move. An interactive universe where young people can learn, create, connect and build their future with purpose. With a regional vision, concrete tools and the support of committed partners, NAUFest 2025 is consolidating its position as the largest youth educational experience in Latin America.
