JA alumni’s mission is “to provide former participants of JA programs with further opportunities and experience, encourage them to deepen their passion for entrepreneurship and built international networks of like-minded people.

Deepen the connection between our regional alumni and their JA locations. Provide a community for alumni to connect with personal and professional development opportunities and build international networks of like-minded people who value giving back.

“Being a volunteer in the JA Americas Alumni network has opened the door to constant learning and meaningful growth. From helping organize a regional event that brought together Alumni leaders from across the continent, to offering English workshops and supporting other initiatives, each experience has enriched me far beyond what I expected. We volunteer to give back a fraction of what JA gave us—but in the end, we always receive so much more. Along the way, I strengthened values that now guide my everyday life: an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership through inspiring action, and above all, teamwork. None of this would have been possible without the incredible JA Americas Alumni team.”
