Junior Achievement Americas and Schneider Electric announced a partnership focused on Argentina. Through this agreement, Schneider Electric joins the ecosystem of partners that support youth entrepreneurship in the country.

With more than 100 years of global experience, the program offers a hands-on learning experience: students create, organize, and operate a real business, going through every stage of the entrepreneurial process.

Through a learning-by-doing methodology, young people move from idea to action: they design products, make decisions, manage resources, and validate their ideas in real-world contexts. It’s not about learning about entrepreneurship—it’s about experiencing it.

Today, entrepreneurial skills are essential to navigate the modern world. The ability to adapt, make decisions, and create opportunities is no longer optional. Experiences like this allow young people to develop these skills in practice by facing real challenges.

Across the region, this initiative reaches more than 40,000 young people in 17 countries. In Argentina, the program is expected to reach 15,000 students between 2026 and 2027, with the creation of more than 450 youth-led ventures across all 24 provinces.

In addition to classroom activities, students participate in key experiences such as capital-raising rounds and entrepreneurship fairs, where they present their projects, engage with other teams, and test the value of their ideas in real environments.

“Entrepreneurial education has a transformative impact when it is experienced firsthand. Partnerships with the private sector allow us to scale these experiences and reach more young people with opportunities that challenge them to create, decide, and act,” said Noël Zemborain, President of Junior Achievement Americas.

Through this partnership, Schneider Electric becomes part of a network of organizations that make it possible for thousands of young people to access a transformative experience, reinforcing its commitment to education and the development of young talent across the region.
