About The Company Program

The Company encourages students to create, organize, and operate a real venture. Young people experience the importance of innovation, generating impact, taking risks, making decisions, and working as a team. At the same time, they acquire tools for project management and finance while developing their socio-emotional skills. Students are guided by adult mentors (teachers, volunteers, or facilitators) and receive ongoing support from JA. The company has been transforming the lives of young people around the world for over 100 years.
